Kiruthiga Babu is a results-driven Senior Property Consultant with a strong academic background in International Business and a diverse professional journey across finance, marketing, human resources, and real estate. She holds a Master’s degree in International Business and began her career gaining hands-on experience in financial consulting at SK Wealth Build Consultancy, where she developed expertise in finance, forex, cryptocurrency, and advanced blockchain concepts.

She further strengthened her professional foundation through internships with Chatwise UK Limited, focusing on team leadership and digital marketing, and Lucas TVS, where she gained practical exposure to human resource management. Her business development certification from AYVID, Bangalore, equipped her with multi-domain expertise, including web development, marketing strategies, product development, and sales funnel management.

After moving to Dubai, Kiruthiga expanded her experience as an Immigration Consultant at Immpreim Visa and later as an Academic Counsellor with Leader Group, specializing in fashion and beauty education. She then joined LOVINO Real Estate as an HR Assistant, where she developed in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, including contracts and client management.
