I am Mubeena Mohammed Moidin, an M.Com and B.Ed graduate with 13 years of enriching teaching experience across diverse learner groups. As a certified Skill Development Executive under the Government of Kerala, I’ve always been passionate about communication, personal growth, and helping people unlock their potential. Alongside my academic journey, I’ve explored multiple creative passions — from professional baking and fashion design to various forms of artistic expression. I also run EngCatalyst, a platform where I train individuals to refine their accent and elevate their communication skills.

My curiosity and love for interacting with people eventually led me to explore different career paths. After trying several roles and discovering that I thrive in dynamic, people‑centric environments, I was inspired by my friends in the real‑estate field to give it a try. That decision changed everything. Today, with almost a year of experience in real estate, I absolutely enjoy the energy of this profession — meeting new people, learning something new every day, and embracing challenges with a positive mindset.
